Notice is hereby given that the City of Stillwater will receive sealed bids for the following:
Bid #45-2024 Vehicle Parts, Tools, Equipment Bids will be received via our online portal until 3:00 pm, Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Mailed, emailed, and faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 pm and read aloud by the City Clerk at the Municipal Building, Conference Room 1112 B, 723 South Lewis, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074. In order to view the bid documents and/or submit a bid, interested contractors must register under “Supplier Registration” with the City’s online portal: https://stillwater.ionwave.net/Login.aspx Any questions regarding this Notice or the proposal documents should be directed to John McClenny 405.742.8233 or john.mcclenny@stillwater.org. |
