Vehicle and Equipment Graphics Services

Project Description: The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified company to provide the manufacturing, application, removal, and repair, as well as Inventory Management of vehicle graphics for various city departments, including the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), the Charlotte Fire Department (CFD), and Solid Waste Services (SWS).

The volume of work includes approximately 200 CMPD vehicles and 50 MCSO vehicles annually.

The company shall supply all necessary tools, chemicals, and related materials and will utilize only approved products, parts, brands, and specifications. Designated personnel will be responsible for sharing service, inventory, availability, and delivery information, and organizing meetings to ensure service improvements, contract compliance, and shall address any other relevant issues.

The company is expected to serve all makes and models of vehicles and equipment operated by the city, without exclusions or limitations. Services include the transportation of light and medium vehicles from designated storage areas to the worksite, without assistance from city personnel.

The company will provide same-day or next-day turnaround service upon request for emergency or exceptional situations.

The company must maintain active production operations and be physically located within a 50-mile radius of 1105 Otts Street, Charlotte, NC 28205.
