The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or “CFTOD”) is seeking contractors to provide all materials and labor necessary for vehicle washing and detailing services for District owned vehicles which includes, but are not limited to: trucks, pick up’s, cargo vans, SUV, dump trucks, flat bed, water trucks, tractors, utility trucks, roll-off truck, yard spotter truck,  on an as needed basis for a (3) three-year contract term.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, and all other necessities to perform washing and detailing services to include, but not limited to:

A. Exterior Vehicle Washing:

Using on-site District-provided wash stations, exterior vehicle cleaning services shall include, but are not limited to:

i. Thoroughly wash and clean the exterior surfaces of trucks, including the cab and trailer (when applicable).
ii. Remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from the paint, chrome, and glass surfaces.
iii. Apply high quality wax to protect the paint.
iv. Clean and shine wheels and rims.
v. Clean and restore exterior trim.
vi. Remove bugs, tar, and other contaminants from the exterior.
vii. Wipe clean exterior windows and mirrors, foot rails, license plate, and tires and rims.
viii. Dress tires and rims.
ix. Wipe clean top of the roof, wheel wells, and front grill.
x. Report any damage to the vehicle and/or missing items.

B. Interior Vehicle Detailing:

Using on-site District-provided wash stations, interior vehicle cleaning services shall include, but are not limited to:

i. Remove and dispose of any garbage.
ii. Clean and wipe all interior surfaces, including but not limited to: steering wheel and column, radio and control knobs, mirrors, seats and seatbelts, locking mechanisms, door panels and handles, and interior windows.
iii. Vacuum all carpeted areas and wash floor mats.
iv. Vacuum the rear storage compartment and clean storage areas.
v. Wipe & treat all leather, vinyl, plastic, and rubber surfaces with vinyl & leather conditioner.
C. Invoices shall itemize labor cost per contract pricing.
D. Contractor only operates vehicles on-site in order to transport them to and from washing stations. Contractor may not relocate vehicles or transport on any District or public roadways.
