This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6/13.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 47QMCA25Q0009, a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
The Government intends to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Vehicle Data Standardization services in support of the General Services Administration’s Fleet Program Office. The FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited within the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
The specific work requirements are detailed within the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
