- RFP DES Conducting this Competitive Solicitation to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide Vegetation Management & Related Products. These products include liquid and dry vegetation management products (herbicides, aquatic herbicides, adjuvant, surfactants, ornamental) and related products used to manage Washington highways, city streets, forestry areas, nurseries, or other lands managed by Washington state agencies, municipalities, and other eligible purchasers.
