Description:

The City of Grants Pass is seeking proposals from qualified companies for vegetation management for City owned open space. The City is seeking contractors with a minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience providing similar vegetation management services under similar conditions. This contract will be firm for three seasons with a two-season follow-on period, if mutually agreed upon. The scope of this contract may be adjusted based on the needs of the City.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

VEGETATION MANAGEMENT

The City of Grants Pass Public Works Department is accepting bids for

vegetation management services.

The request for proposals outlines the various parcels and work needed at each site. The

contract is for a period of three years with the option to extend two more years for a total of five

years starting May 1, 2026.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to maintain landscape in

accordance with the descriptions in the RFP.
