| Scope of Services |
This Agreement is a Lump Sum Contract for the complete vegetation clearance and herbicide treatment within the SECO-designated right-of-way, as described in Exhibit 1 – Scope of Work (the “Work”). The Contractor shall perform all Work in strict accordance with Exhibit 2 – Line Clearance Trimming Specifications (the “Specifications”).
Contractors may submit bids for any one substation area or a combined bid covering all three substation areas as a bundled project. Each substation area may be evaluated and awarded separately; however, SECO reserves the right to award the entire scope to a single Contractor based on the bundled proposal, if deemed in the best interest of the project. The Contractor shall employ appropriate equipment and qualified personnel to perform natural tree trimming and removal in accordance with the ISA Best Management Practices and ANSI A300 Standards, maintaining a minimum clearance of ten (10) feet from all distribution conductors and thirty (30) feet from all transmission conductors and associated facilities within the designated right-of-way (ROW) under this Contract. SECO shall provide reasonable assistance as necessary to facilitate access for vegetation clearance in accordance with the Scope of Work. This Agreement shall commence on January 5, 2026, and shall be completed by December 11, 2026. ***All questions and proposals must be submitted on Vendor Link.
