Scope of Services	This agreement will be a “Lump Sum” bid for the full clearance and herbicide treatment of all vegetation within the SECO designated Right of Way (Exhibit 1 – Scope of Work) (the “Work”). The Contractor is required to perform the Work” in accordance with SECO’s Line Clearance Specifications (Exhibit 2- SECO Energy Line Clearance Trimming Specifications) (“Specs.”). This Agreement shall commence on August 1 , 2025, and shall be completed by December 13, 2025. *All questions and proposals must be submitted on VendorLink.
