Scope

The Contractor awarded the Contract through this solicitation must have the ability and expertise to provide all types of maintenance related to the soil media and
vegetative coverage of vegetated roofs and the expertise to assess the conditions of vegetated roofs for inspections. Examples of the relevant activities the Contractor will be
expected to undertake include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Weed Control
• Debris Removal
• Non-Synthetic Soil Conditioning (e.g. compost additions)
• Non-Synthetic Pest Control (e.g. beneficial nematodes, milky spore)
• Re-vegetation Establishment
• Temporary Watering
• Soil Testing
• Inspection of Features of Vegetated Roof, routine or unforeseen damage (e.g. roof drains, membranes, flashing, vegetation, soil condition, etc.)
• Maintenance Reports per Maintenance Visit
