The work to be completed under this contract is for the Maryland Department of Veteran Affairs located at the Maintenance Shop of the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at 11301 Robert S. Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.  The successful contractor is to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, coordination, etc. required for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system.  See Project Manual for details.
