VBT West Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation

Sealed bids for West Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation, to be constructed for City of Bentonville will be received at the office of the City of Bentonville Administrative services building and addressed to 1000 SW 14th STREET, BENTONVILLE, AR 72712, until 10:00AM on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will be located in Room A239, on the second floor. Sealed bids submitted prior to the opening should be sent to the City of Bentonville, Attn: Purchasing, 2nd Floor 1000 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled on the outer envelope with the Bidder’s company name, the solicitation ID and project name. The City is not responsible for bids which are not received or recognized due to being improperly labeled.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of approximately 25,100 square yards of taxiway and apron asphalt pavement through fog seal with associated crack sealing and pavement marking as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
