VBM-389 TNM-402: Bridge Preservation at the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge and the Throgs Neck Bridge

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid : MTA Bridges and Tunnels is seeking bids for project: WBM-389 TNM-402, Bridge Preservation at the Bronx-Whitestone and the Throgs Neck Bridge.

This project scope of work is for bridge preservation at the BWB and TNB which will entail cleaning, washing and maintenance throughout several areas of the bridge. Among other areas within the vicinity of these facilities. The main work activities will be cleaning of scuppers, downspouts, and finger joints, washing of anchorages, towers and medium barriers, resailing of joints, and any incidental painting. Lastly, this project will perform inspection and maintenance of all travelers, as well as needed repairs and parts replacement.

FUNDING: 100% Operating Range: $10M - $50M

Goals: MBE: 15% WBE: 15% SDVOB: 6%
