Job Title: Various Road Repairs

SUNY Old Westbury is soliciting bids to repair, resurface and stripe roads as designated at mandatory bid walk and per attached “SUNY Old Westbury Bid Calculation Sheet ? Various Road Repairs” unit values given.

Bid Calculation Sheet must be submitted with proposals.

The following scope of work is based of mandatory site walk observation and confirmation by the bidder.

• Full depth road repair - 6" Binder on Existing Subbase
• Milling and Profiling – 2” Mill and Fill
• Asphalt Topcoat – 2” Asphalt Topcoat Course, Tack Coat
• Striping – Parking, Road, Walkways, Speed Bumps if added, HC at new and existing roads in area of work.

Bids are to include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work described above, including O.S.H.A. and NYS D.O.T. road signing and crew as required for safety.

SCHEDULE:

Completion is to be completed before May 2025.

Contactors provide a preliminary schedule for lead time of all main materials with their bid.

The State University of New York at SUNY Old Westbury will receive sealed bids for project number #SOW02252025 titled Various Road Repairs until 2pm local time on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at SUNY Old Westbury, Campus Center, Rm H-311, 223 Store Hill Rd, Old Westbury, NY 11568, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by May 31, 2025.
