Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 4th day of December 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 1. West Lafayette Campus – Various Road Repair and Nimitz Drive Reconstruction – 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary virtual pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on November 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
