***AMENDMENT 0001*** THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: (1) INCORPORATE CLIN 0011 "POST AWARD CONFERENCE" WHICH WILL SATISFY THE $100.00 MINIMUM GUARANTEE ESTABLISHED FOR THE RESULTANT IDIQ CONTRACT AND (2) UPDATE THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO SPECIFY THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FOR IOFLUPANE.



Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A125 is hereby issued for various radiopharmaceuticals in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. Period of Performance: 01 OCT 2025 through 30 SEP 2030. Refer to attached Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A125 and Statement of Work.
