Various Oils and Lubricants for the County of Mercer

The purpose of these specifications is to describe various oils, lubricants, fluids and antifreeze for use by all County owned vehicles and equipment. The County will award multiple contracts to vendors whom are deemed responsive and responsible. The basis of award will be per the lowest cost per drum or gallon. All pricing must be all inclusive.  Contractor(s)  must provide pricing for period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Please  submit all questions in writing via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet portal no later than February 2, 2026.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
