Various Location Sidewalks

Sealed Bids for Contracts 2026 –Sidewalk & Curb Ramp Repairs on Various Streets will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 21, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning Wednesday April 29, 2026 at www.mcclurevision.com under “Bidding Documents.” MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Highway – Sidewalk and Curbing for the project with an estimated value of $586,143.00 will be required. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and Payment & Performance bonds are required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
