Description: NOTE NYPA WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FROM NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES (SDVOB’S), MINORITY AND WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MWBE), OR NYS SMALL BUSINESS. THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE VARIOUS DUCTWORK MODIFICATIONS AND REPAIRS AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S NIAGARA POWER PROJECT LOCATED IN NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
