Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Hematoxylin and Eosin Staining (H&E), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In-Situ Hybridization (ISH), and Special Staining System on Cost per Test (CPT) basis. The contractor is to provide clinical Hematoxylin and Eosin Staining (H&E), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In-Situ Hybridization (ISH), and Special Staining analyzers under a cost per test (CPT) price schedule. To include a continuously stocked inventory of reagents, standards, control(s) supplies, disposables, service and maintenance of equipment, and any other materials required to properly perform tests on the equipment. It is Network Contracting Office 21 s (NCO 21 s) intention to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Medical Treatment Facilities within VA Palo Alto Health Care System.
Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 334516
THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 04, 2025. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract.
