Vantage view Viewing System

SUNY Downstate Health Science University intends to procure the services of a qualified company to provide an equipment upgrade to its current Vantage View Equipment System currently in use in the Cardiology Department, with strict adherence to manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements, if applicable.

The viewing system is an integrated system which allows physicians to view all pertinent case information on a single monitor. The successful system must be capable of displaying up to eight (8) separate images on one consolidated screen.

OTHER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Touchscreen Tablet, Mobile Service Rack, Source Adaptors and On-site installation.

These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and will take precedence in any agreement.

PROPOSALS SHOULD INCLUDE:

1. Detailed description of the proposed equipment, including make, model and part number.
2. A brief description regarding your company’s qualifications, certifications and ability to perform the contract.
3. The proposed price. Note: cost proposal must include all fees.
4. Availability and cost of ancillary service, maintenance and warranty.
5. The selected Vendor must have factory authorized and trained equipment technicians.

If vendor proposes alternate manufacturers or models, Vendor must demonstrate equivalency and compatibility by meeting the performance of, and being compatible with the functionalities and requirements listed above.
