Synopsis:
|
|
The project scope includes construction of a new mechanical platform that will support relocated condensors and new compressors. New refrigerant lines and power are to be supplied, and connected to existing air handers. The galvanized structural steel mechanical platform is to be connected to the existing roof structure, with modifications to the roof assembly to allow for installation of new columns, and a waterproof seal at each of the penetrations.
