Project Description: The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking proposals from highly qualified, prospective General Contractor/Construction Manager firms (GC/CM Firm or Contractor) to perform for Preconstruction Services and potential construction of the City of Vancouver Public Works Operations Center located at 8713 NE 94th Ave Vancouver, WA 98662.
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting/Site Visit will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at 8713 NE 94th Avenue, Vancouver WA 98661. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project.
