Vancouver Innovation Center Community Park

Project Description: The City of Vancouver (the City) is seeking responses from highly qualified multi-disciplined firms or multi-disciplined teams for the public outreach, master planning, preparation of
construction and permitting documents and construction administration for a new community park at the Vancouver Innovation Center (VIC).
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting/Site Visit will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm at 18110 SE 34th Street, Vancouver WA 98683. Meet at the parking lot in the SE corner, per Exhibit L. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Access to the park parcel is behind a locked gate so this will be the only opportunity to see the property. The tour requires approximately a 1 mile plus walk. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project. Consultants will need to sign a waiver prior to the start of the walk.
