Valley View Safety Project RFP

The City of Yorba Linda invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide environmental documentation and engineering design services for the subject project.

The Valley View Safety project will implement accessible roadway infrastructure at the Valley View Avenue intersection with Yorba Linda Boulevard. The project will design and install curb ramps and improve mobility at this location. The Valley View Safety Project is being federally funded with Complete Streets Program (CSP) funding and requires an accelerated timeline for project delivery.

The scope of this RFP is to provide final environmental documentation (National Environmental Policy Act – NEPA) and engineering design services for the Valley View Safety Project.

To be considered responsive to this Request for Proposals (RFP), Proposers must submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, conditions and provisions described in this RFP.
