The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (“College”) is accepting sealed bids to obtain a qualified Contractor, to provide pest control services college-wide. The Contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services at all of the locations listed in this solicitation document.
It is the intent of the College to award a non-exclusive Continuing Service Contract for a three (3) year initial term to begin on the date the Notice of Intent to Award is posted. The contract may, by mutual assent of the parties, be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods or portions thereof, up to a cumulative total of five (5) years.
