Notes	:	The project will consist of installing sprinklers on Valencia College`s East Campus located at 701 N. Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FL 32835. The Valencia College East Campus Black Box Theater Fire Protection Install project aims to enhance fire safety by installing a compliant fire protection system in the theater space. The system will adhere to NFPA 13 standards for the designated area. 1. Fire protection coverage to be added to the black box theater spaces. 2. New drain for fireman’s test and associated concrete splash block. 3. Painting of new fire protection piping and conduit. 4. New flow and tamper switches will be added to the new fire protection zone. 5. Electrical conduit / installation for new fire alarm devices. 6. Fire alarm modifications and programming to pick up the new flow and tamper switches and also monitor the adjacent fire pump for proper alarm monitor and programming. 7. Contractor shall update the fire alarm location maps throughout the buildings, with the new fire alarm devices and locations. (Maps shall match existing type, font, color, size....) 8. Contractor shall coordinate all inspections for a complete project. 9. Valencia covers all permitting costs with PDCS. 10. Refer to drawings, specifications, and contract with Valencia College for complete project requirements.
