Addendum 1: This Addendum is being issued to make changes and to answer questions asked.

The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, Design and Construction is soliciting bids for services to remodel and restore the Armory in Valdez, Alaska.

*Mandatory** Walk-Through on December 9th, 2025, at 3pm. We will meet in the parking lot at the Valdez Facility in Valdez, AK 99686, Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be 1:00pm Alaska Time on January 6th, 2025. Information for submitting quotes can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
