The State University of New York at Buffalo will receive sealed bids for project number 2024-128 titled Vacuum Pump Replacement SDM Squire until 3/28/25 local time on 1:00pm.

NO BIDS SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED THROUGH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The University assumes no responsibility for any Proposal that is not delivered into its aforesaid email address by 1:00 PM local time.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by 1/30/26, starting on or after the University’s Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller.

A walk-through site inspection will be held on 1/29/25 at 10:00am All interested parties should assemble at Squire Hall Loading Dock. Failure to participate in the walk-through inspection will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project.

Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
