The Town is seeking proposals for a HX 40G Vacuum Excavator with VT10 500 Gallon Standard Trailer.  Alternative manufacturers may be considered if they meet or exceed the specifications and offer significantly better delivery timelines. The Town of Salem is requesting a bid from a qualified vendor for equipment to meet the specifications as identified and requested and reserves the right to make a selection in the best interest of the Town.

All bids must be received by October 3, 2025, at 9:30 AM EST. Late proposals will not be considered.
