Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements and scope for replacing the existing roofing system on the Main Office Building at Harrison Lake National Fish Hatchery, operated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
The project includes removing the existing roofing system, inspecting and repairing the roof structure as needed, and installing a new roofing system that maintains the building's historic character and appearance. Attendance of the Site Visit is not required; however, it is encouraged.
The purpose of this project is to restore the roof's weather resistance, ensure long-term performance, and preserve the building's historic appearance in accordance with USFWS standards.
