The Hampton VA Medical Center (hereafter HAMVAMC), Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Langley AFB Clinic, Albemarle APOC, Chesapeake CBOC, North Battlefield Outpatient Clinic (NCOC), Portsmouth CBOC, and Virginia Beach CBOC and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted nonemergent wheelchair transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of nonemergent wheelchair transportation services. The contactor shall make these nonemergent wheelchair transportation services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
