THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a qualified manufacturer to provide two (2) new Western Star 49X Turnkey Trucks with Wide Wing Plows as specified in the Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work of the Draft Contract and Exhibits attached to the event or MnDOT approved equal. Additional purchases may be made throughout the duration of the contract.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Lisa.Jaeger@state.mn.us no later than June 17, 2025, 3:00 PM CST. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
A Responder offering alternative specifications other than those detailed in Exhibit C and Attachment F should provide information to the State for evaluation no later than the date and time listed in Section 1, Step 1 Instructions to Responders.
