Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Logistic Support Services for Walrus Survey in the Northern Bering and Chukchi Seas

The purpose of this amendment is to update Statement of Work and answer submitted questions. No additional questions may be accepted. The quote due date remains unchanged, 3/29/2024 1500PST.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0105.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024.

Subject to availability of funding, please make quote valid until May 15, 2024.

Set aside for small businesses.

NAICS: 481219: Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation, $25.0 Million.

Place of Performance for estimates only: Kotzebue, AK and/or Utqiagvik, AK.

Period of Performance are estimates only: 06/01/2024 to 06/24/2024.

Please provide the following:
1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature
2. Firm, fixed price quote
3. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan, resumes, published works, etc
4. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts and at least two or more professional references with contacts and project description
5. System for Award Management UEI
