Description
This notice is for the purpose of seeking capable contractors to provide ALS, BLS and CCT Ambulance Transport Services for eligible Veteran beneficiaries. The Department of Veterans Affairs VHA Batavia VAMC of the Western New York Healthcare System has a requirement for ambulance transport services. The services to be provided are for transporting eligible Veteran beneficiaries to scheduled medical appointments. The Veteran beneficiaries are located at the 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020. The performance period shall be for a base period plus four (4) option periods. Services are needed to commence November 1, 2025, and the procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 485991, and the size standard is $19 million. Response to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists to set aside the procurement for Service Disabled Veteran Operated Small Business, Small Veteran Owned Business, or Small Business.
