UX Designer for Education Administrative Systems

The State University of New York wishes to award a single contract to one bidder that will provide a UX Designer to create user experiences for education administrative systems. The role involves designing user-centric solutions, understanding administrative staff needs, and working with the PMO to identify improvements. The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Finance Law §163(6) and NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State certified MWBEs and SDVOBs, pursuant to NYS Executive Law. Project specifications are attached to this advertisement. There is no RFP or IFB. A sealed bid opening will not be held. Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the email address indicated in the project specifications. Questions are due March 21, 2025, by 5:00 pm eastern time. SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses. The University reserves the right to make no award.
