UWSP Welcome Center Plumbing Project

The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of services to reroute and replace underfloor sanitary plumbing to improve flow and code compliance at the University Welcome Center.

Bidder must visit the job site prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on February 27th, 2026, at 9 A.M. CST. The location for the visit site is at the Welcome Center: 2108 Fourth Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement.

The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 03/23/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision. No questions will be entertained during the opening.
