UWSP Paper Machine Stock Tank Upgrade

The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of services to upgrade two stock tanks in the Department’s pilot paper machine laboratory, including installation of a false bottom and automatic drain valve for each tank.

Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on March 26th, 2026, at 9 A.M. CDT. The location for the visit site is the Lab Science Building, Room D135 :2001 Fourth Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement.

The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 04/17/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision. No questions will be entertained during the opening.
