UWSP Fan Replacement

The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of two new 16-foot-diameter Big Ass Fans, including services for the removal of existing equipment and installation of the new fans in the MCCH pool area.

Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on March 25th, 2026, at 9 A.M. CST. The location for the visit site is the MCCH Pool :2050 4th Ave. Stevens Point, WI 54481. Contact Mike Zsido at 715-346-3555 or mzsido@uwsp.edu to confirm your attendance at the site visit. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement.

The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 04/16/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision. No questions will be entertained during the opening.
