| Bid Synopsis: |
The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the removal of existing flooring, and the purchase and installation of Kinetex carpet tiles and vinyl base at Baldwin Hall. Information for this solicitation can be found and responses MUST be entered online at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin .
Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on April 13th, 2026, at 10 A.M. CDT. The location for the visit site is the Baldwin Hall: 425 Isadore St, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Contact Jason Zinda at 715-346-2670 or jzinda@uwsp.edu to confirm your attendance at the site visit. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement.
The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:30 am CT 05/05/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision.
