UWG Tork PeakServe Continuous Hand Towels

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Tork PeakServe Continuous Hand Towels to the University of West Georgia (UWG) as further described in this eRFQ. The University of West Georgia is issuing the electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) for Tork PeakServe Advanced Continuous Hand Towels, 105065 and 105066, per attached bid specifications.  Folded length 3.2 inch, folded width 7.9 inch, unfolded length 8.9 inch, unfolded width 7.9 inch. SUBSTITUTES AND/OR ALTERNATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  The University of West Georgia has over 600 dispensers installed on campus.  Estimated usage is 1,800 cases annually.  Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB destination to Carrollton, Georgia, with dock height, inside delivery, and all other requirements as outlined in the specification. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the University of West Georgia, Office of Procurement regarding this solicitation.This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for the University of West Georgia, 55400-eRFQ-000001251-2025.  This solicitation is for a 1 (one) year term with 4 (four) optional year renewals.  The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity.  This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers for potential award.  All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below.  After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this eRFQ and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the eRFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results.  Su
