Uwchlan Township Public Works Storm Sewer Pipe Materials

Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Uwchlan Township will receive bids online for storm sewer pipe materials for a public works project in Uwchlan Township.
Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online via the PennBid™ Program until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at which time they will be opened via the PennBID website.

The Township of Uwchlan is requesting bids for storm sewer pipe materials for a public works project. The following materials are being requested:
• 405 LF 19” x 30” Class 3 Elliptical Reinforced Concrete Pipe, including delivery, gaskets and lubricant
Bidders are advised that they must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project.
Uwchlan Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder.
Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof.
