Project Description: The project shall be based upon the following specifications (see full bid spec for additional details) or approved equal:
1. Remove the existing asphalt roof
2. Inspect the roof deck and replace any plywood where the roof deck was rotted.
3. Install ice and water shield; metal drip edge; CertainTeed Landmark PRO series shingles in “Burnt Sienna”, or approved equal; and filtered ridge vent.
4. Provide CertainTeed Sure Start warranty.
