Project Description: The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (“Owner”), acting through the University’s Office of the Vice President for Facilities Planning & Operations, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors ("Respondents") sometimes referred to as “Contractor” for selection to provide general construction services for the “University Edinburg Library Roof Replacement" (“Project”) as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Zero/Six Consulting, LLC.
