The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of wood poles, down-guy anchor, and drilling of cylinder holes in accordance with specifications listed herein. These drilling services will require the contractor to perform utility location and will be used to maintain traffic signal intersections located throughout the City.
