Project Description: Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to install or repair mains and services of ductile iron, plastic and copper. All materials shall be furnished by the Owner. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Owner’s specifications, the City of Norwich Department of Public Utilities (NPU) Regulations, the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, and all applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and Standards as amended.
