Project Description: The City is seeking a qualified Company to locate CDOT facilities within the city of Charlotte right of way. The Company shall provide the qualified personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, training, and supervision necessary for safe, responsive, and accurate locating, marking and positive responses of CDOT’s underground infrastructure as required by the Underground Utility Safety and Damage Prevention Act, Article 8A of Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
