The City of Citrus Heights (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors with relevant experience and expertise, to provide professional services performing Underground Service Alert (USA) Utility Locating and Marking Services for underground utilities owned and operated by the city and within the Citrus Heights city limits.
