Utility Customer Service Water Meter Reading Services

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and

qualified to provide Utility Customer Service Water Meter Reading Services.

It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the

services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make

multiple awards if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-

Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on MARCH 5, 2026 after which time the

names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division.

Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received

after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.

In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request

for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding

Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on February 23, 2026.
