Utility Billing Software - RFP
Electronic PDF proposal shall be emailed to wateradm@newarkohiowater.net and must be submitted by 12:00 pm EST on July 28, 2025.
Questions shall be submitted in writing to wateradm@newarkohiowater.net and must be received no later than 12:00pm EST on July 21, 2025. The City of Newark, Division of Water and Wastewater provides water, wastewater, and stormwater services to approximately 50,000 residents within the City of Newark. The City of Newark requests firms submit proposals (RFP) for upgrading its current Customer Information System (CIS) used for Water, Sewer and Stormwater billing, service orders and customer payments. |
