Project Description: Utah Tech University (“University”) invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to reconstruct the Taylor Building parking lot located on the Utah Tech University campus in St. George, Utah.
This procurement is conducted as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with Utah procurement statutes and University policies.
